I don't have an access code?
Nothing happens after I enter my access code?
Please be patient after inputting your access code, if there are a lot of practitioners voting at the same time the local wifi may be slow. Either wait a little longer or try again after a few minutes. For further information contact the technical assistance via WhatsApp.
My email address is wrong?
No contact details can be edited during OTP verification. This ensures that only the legitimate practitioner, who has received their access code, can verify their identity and access the voting platform.

Why can't I edit my contact details when requesting an OTP?
Preventing the editing of contact details during OTP verification ensures that only the legitimate practitioner, who has received their access code, can verify their identity and access the voting platform. This security measure helps protect against unauthorized access and maintains the integrity of the voting process.
Why am I not receiving my OTP verification code?
Please be patient when waiting for the OTP verification code. Please don’t leave or refresh the page, as this will invalidate your code and you’ll have to ask for a new code.
SMS OTP codes
Sometimes, receiving SMS verification codes can be affected by the phone signal in your area.
Email codes
Sometimes, verification codes sent via email might end up in your spam folder or might be delayed because company security settings.
What can you do?
If your code is taking longer than expected, you can ask for it to be sent via the other method (SMS or email). If you only have one option for verification and it is not working please contact the Secretariat on WhatsApp +260 77 29 11733.
Sometimes it may help to wait 10 minutes and try again or wait until the local network improves.
