CIB MARK OF EXCELLENCE TRIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The winner can select one (1) guest to join them on the recognition trip. No other family members, friends, colleagues or children will be allowed to attend.
Both the winner and guest will be required to read and accept the indemnities before registration.
Valid travel documentation must be submitted to the event organisers and the winner and guest must have said documentation available for the duration of the trip. The MoE Events team will assist with Visa letters where required.
Winners and their guests must be cognisant that they will be sharing a room, unfortunately due to room availability, the winner and their guest cannot be split into separate rooms.
The organisers will make every effort to ensure the health and safety of hosts and their guests, however, please do take along any personal medication and/or equipment required to make the trip comfortable. Please ensure that you always have your medical aid information with you during the trip.
The winners and their guests may be required to participate in promotional activities, for example event pictures and video footage. The MoE Events team reserves the right to use this material internally.
Completing the RSVP process is deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Important note: The Spanish Embassy requires all applicants to have a minimum amount of €972 in a savings or transaction account, for three months preceding your Visa application. This amounts to approximately R20 000,00 which should reflect in your bank account for the months of April, May, June and July. Please click HERE to view the Schengen Visa requirements.

Kindly note that you are responsible for arranging your own Visa as per your relevant in-country Embassy requirements.
